Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy

PGCPR requires a $25 deposit to confirm a student's reservation for a scheduled class. The deposit is applied toward the student's total class price.

For example, for an $80 class, the remaining balance would be $55.

After you submit a registration request, PGCPR will receive your information and follow up with next steps. Your seat is not confirmed until the required $25 deposit is received.

PGCPR does not collect credit or debit card information through the current registration form.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class are eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class and no-shows are not eligible for a deposit refund.

Students who need to reschedule should contact PGCPR as soon as possible so available options can be discussed.

If PGCPR cancels a class, the student's deposit will be refunded.

If PGCPR reschedules a class and the new date does not work for the student, the deposit will be refunded.
